1. Install Internet security 2011 and uncheck *join community watch* something before pressing install
2. After Installation, Open the program and go to Settings>Misc and turn off norton product tamper protection
3. Run NTR 3.0 (As admin on vista/seven) users and press install *a restart would take effect*
